This "all levels" class is a fun way to start your day and move your body! 

This class is designed to inspire your soul through uplifting music beats, challenge the mind through building on a sequence of movements all while working the body and getting the heart rate up. We'll finish the class with restorative stretching while the body integrates all its efforts.

Sequencing is the same as a traditional mat class: beginning with centering, seated poses, standing poses, balance, inversions & finally, savasana! Chair yoga is a perfect class for the "I'm not flexible enough to do yoga" person, someone recovering from injury, those wanting to increase balance, strength & healing or any one of any age!

A specialized class designed by Dr. Erin Calandra, Doctor of Physical Therapy, for women navigating the physical changes of hormonal transition. This class directly targets those changes — strengthening the hips, knees, shoulders, and spine with evidence-based exercises that build stability, protect joints, and enhance bone density. Restorative Reset
