Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible to EVERY body. Any asana (pose) can be adapted to the chair & a deeper stretch is experienced. Sequencing is the same as a traditional mat class: beginning with centering, seated poses, standing poses, balance, inversions & finally, savasana! Chair yoga is a perfect class for the "I'm not flexible enough to do yoga" person, someone recovering from injury, those wanting to increase balance, strength & healing or any one of any age!

Warm Vinyasa Flow

This 60-minute heated vinyasa flow is a warm, immersive experience designed to help you soften, strengthen, and return to yourself. Movement is guided by breath in a steady, intentional rhythm, inviting both ease and effort. Expect fluid transitions, thoughtfully layered sequences, and moments of stillness that allow the nervous system to settle. The combination of infrared heat and radiant floor heat supports mobility and release, creating a deeply grounding practice that feels both nourishing and expansive.

Restorative Reset

A deeply calming class that blends restorative and yin yoga, gentle stretching, breathwork, meditation, and occasional yoga nidra to support nervous system regulation and deep rest. Postures are fully supported and held for longer periods, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to settle. This class is ideal for anyone seeking to unwind, reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore balance. All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience required.
