Activate Your Alchemy is a 6-week immersive training for healers ready to refine their gifts and step into deeper confidence. Through weekly teachings, hands-on practice, and guided support, you’ll strengthen your intuition, expand your toolkit, and learn to serve with clarity and trust.

This is not a beginner course—it’s designed for those who already have the basics and are eager to activate their next level of intuitive mastery.

Week 1: Mapping the Biofield & Creating Sacred Space

  • Explore the aura/biofield as a foundation for intuitive healing.

  • Learn how to sense & shift energy with your hands and intention.

  • Practice: Each person will clarify and speak their own healing “container” through presence, words, and intention—calling on Spirit guides in a way that feels authentic, clear, and grounded.

Week 2: Body Scanning & Intuitive Language

  • Practice sensing what’s present in the biofield—scanning earth star, sun star, and areas of resonance/dissonance.

  • Learn to trust what you perceive and communicate it with clarity—naming colors, textures, feelings, or images.

  • Practice: Group demo → partner scans (rotate 2–3 times) → share feedback.

Week 3: Balancing the Biofield

  • Explore intuitive methods for shifting, sweeping, and entraining the biofield.

  • Learn how to use hands, sound, color, and crystals to restore flow and harmony.

  • Practice: In-class partner rotations (2–3 people), using tools like bowls, stones, or vocal sound to assist.

Week 4: Reading Energy

  • Guest teacher TBA shares how intuitive information flows (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance).

  • Learn to call on Spirit teams and access the Akashic Records for guidance.

  • Explore how messages from the Records can help identify what’s needed and bring resonance back to the field.

  • Practice: Partner Akashic readings

Week 5: Confidence, Faith & Extended Sessions

  • Deepen into your frequency of faith and confidence as a healer.

  • Explore how your belief, presence, and clarity hold the space for miracles to occur.

  • Practice: Longer 30–45 min practice sessions (partners or demo clients), with time for feedback and reflection.

Week 6: Integration, Clinic & Closing

  • Full integration of tools, practices, and intuitive skills.

  • Practice: 30–45 min sessions with demo clients or peers.

  • Reflection: Share what you’ve discovered about your unique offering and present your “next steps” to the group.

  • Closing: Q&A, celebration of growth, and integration circle.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Many Reiki trainings are condensed into a single day or weekend, which often leaves little room for real practice and integration. Activate Your Alchemy is intentionally spread over six weeks, giving you time to apply what you learn, receive feedback, and grow more confident with each step. This course is about refining your intuition and learning how to hold space for others in a way that feels clear, ethical, and embodied.

  • Life happens, and while it’s best to attend in person to experience the full hands-on practice and partner work, you won’t miss out on the core teachings. Each week you’ll still receive:

    • The informational video + workbook for that week’s content.

    • A recording of the live demo portion (via Zoom), so you can review the practices and teachings.

    You’ll miss the in-person practice that week, but you’ll be encouraged to apply the material with a practice partner at home to stay on track.

  • Plan for about 4–5 hours per week:

    • 2 hours in-person class (Wednesdays 6–8pm)

    • 30–60 minutes watching the weekly teaching video and taking notes

    • 1+ hour of homework practice with partners, friends, or self-practice

    This balance of teaching, practice, and reflection ensures you’re not just learning concepts, but also embodying and integrating them week by week.

  • Enrollment is limited to 8 participants. This keeps the group intimate and ensures everyone receives personalized guidance, support, and practice time.

  • Intuition isn’t about being special—it’s about learning to listen and trust. Everyone has intuitive abilities, and this course is designed to help you recognize and refine your natural gifts in your own unique way. You’ll be surprised how much opens up when you’re given safe space, structure, and consistent practice.

  • This training will give you the tools, experience, and confidence to begin holding intuitive healing sessions. It is the natural next step after Elevate Your Energy. While it doesn’t certify you in a specific modality, you’ll leave with the practical skills and confidence to weave these practices into your professional offerings.

  • You can either pay $777 in full or choose a payment plan of 3 monthly payments of $277. If you need additional flexibility, please reach out directly—accessibility is important, and we’ll do our best to support you.

  • All in-person classes are held at Alchemy Healing Arts in Skaneateles, NY. Weekly teaching videos and workbooks will be delivered online, so you can review them anytime.
