Here’s the flow (pop in and out as desired) —

• 4-4:30 arrival, settle in

• 4:30-4:45 Opening Circle

• 5-5:45 Somatic Warm Up: As we shift from Cancer into Leo season, join @skan_acupuncture for a Qi Gong session exploring the evolving relationship between fire and water. We’ll focus on energizing the heart and kidneys to harmonize the mind and body with acupuncturist James Garofalo

• 6pm-7:15 Ecstatic Dance Set with DJ Sagacious (a free form movement journey through deep, melodic, and atmospheric sonic landscapes)

• 7:30-8:15pm Restorative Sound & Energy Experience with @goldngurl (G) @elizajeangreyce & @isabellaroseyoga : vocal looping & sonic heart frequencies with sound bowls and channeled vibes
  *Use our props to make yourself a little cocoon and either lay back and let the sounds wash over you or enjoy our art supplies & follow your artistic flow.

• 8:30: Closing Circle & Heart Shares
